Tice Waste Management Customer Dump Trailer Rental Agreement
I the “renter” agree in full to the terms listed below
1) I agree not to move the dump trailer from the spot in which Tice Waste Management parked it.
2) I agree to not load the trailer with any heavy equipment including, but not limited to, skid steer, tractor, excavator etc.
3) I agree not to dispose of any hazardous materials into the trailer. Including paints, flammable liquids or fumes, asbestos, etc.
4) I take full responsibility for the dump trailer while it is on my property and or in my possession.
5) I agree to pay the $500 deposit for a 4 day rental which includes up to 1 ton of debris. Each additional day will be charged at $25 per day.
6) Any additional weight more than the 1 ton included in deposit will be charged to your card on file at $175 per ton on the day of pick up. This must be paid same day of dumping. Any overloaded trailer will be subjected to additional charges up to $300 and must be paid in full the same day.
7) The cost to swap out dump trailer for a new one will cost $175 for local area or $300 for out of local area deliveries during your rental term
8) I agree to pay for any loss time of rental in which Tice Waste Management may incur due to any damages while in my possession.
